INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA of users visiting the website of the Campagna Amica Foundation in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679

WHY THIS INFORMATION
According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), this page describes the methods for processing the personal data of users who consult the website of the Campagna Amica Foundation (hereinafter “Foundation”) accessible electronically at the following address: www.campagnamica.it.
This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached through hypertext links that may be published on the site but refer to resources outside the Foundation’s domain.

DATA PROCESSING

Following the access of the site listed above, data relating to identified or identifiable individuals may be processed.

Fondazione Campagna Amica manages the data processing, and the Foundation is based at Via XXIV Maggio n. 43, 00187, Rome (Email: privacy@campagnamica.it, secretariat: segreteria@campagnamica.it, pec: Campagnamica@pec.coldiretti.it).

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
The personal data indicated on this page are provided by users who submit contact requests and are processed by the Foundation for purposes related to its statutory purposes, as well as for the pursuit of further purposes instrumental to those purposes. In particular, the processing of personal data relates to the activities of supporting and financing cultural projects for the enhancement of opportunities arising from the territory, through the pursuit of: i) the protection of the origin and distinctiveness of food products; ii) the promotion of a network of information and communication with the citizen-consumer which is instrumental to the goals of the Foundation.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.


These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:
– obtaining statistical information on the use of the services for the purposes of studies, statistical research and analysis of the quality of the services rendered by the Foundation;
– checking the proper functioning of the services offered.
Browsing data do not remain for more than 420 days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by judicial authorities).

Data communicated by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Foundation’s contact addresses, as well as the completion and submission of forms on the Foundation’s site, entail the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, which are necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in the communications.

Specific disclosures will be published on the pages of the Foundation’s site set up for the provision of certain services.

Cookies and other tracking systems

No use is made of cookies for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods employed.

Instead, use is made of session (non-persistent) cookies in a manner strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites. The storage of session cookies in the terminals or browsers is under the control of the user, where on the servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, information related to the cookies remains recorded in the logs of the services, with retention times in any case not exceeding seven days on a par with other navigation data.

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The recipient of the data collected as a result of consulting the site listed above is the following entity designated by the Foundation, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulations, as the data controller:
– Bluarancio Spa, as the provider of web platform development and maintenance services.
The personal data collected are also processed by the staff of the Foundation, who act on the basis of specific instructions given regarding the purposes and methods of such processing.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Foundation, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the modification or erasure thereof or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulations). RIGHT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
