All beers are bottle-fermented without the addition of preservatives and additives. The farm, located within the Sabina Reatina area, has an olive grove of about 11 hectares and has been producing extra virgin olive oil for more than 100 years. The olive grove consists of about 3,000 trees of Carboncella, Leccino and Frantoio varieties.
